We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technician to support Microbiology functions at our Indianapolis fill finish site. The primary responsibility of this role will be to perform routine quality control environmental monitoring. The QC Technician will work closely with the Quality Control and Production teams to maintain regulatory compliance, meet GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards, and ensure the safety and efficacy of products produced at our Indianapolis Isotopes facility.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological assays, including environmental monitoring, microbial isolation, and growth promotion to ensure product quality and facility compliance.
- Perform routine testing for environmental monitoring and raw materials.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure proper sampling and testing of raw materials, and in-process materials in compliance with established protocols and specifications.
- Assist in the validation and qualification of classified areas.
- Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory or quality control environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or radiopharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with microbiological aseptic techniques is highly desirable.
- Experience with Quality Control laboratory instrumentation and equipment is highly desirable.
The salary for this position is expected to range between $30.58/hr and $56.82/hr.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
